East Bay Counseling Choices is a referral network of experienced clinicians who share a commitment to quality, confidential care — and we periodically welcome new colleagues who share those values. About the Network
EBCC connects East Bay residents with qualified, licensed mental-health professionals through a personalized, confidential referral process. Rather than functioning as a passive directory, we listen to each person who contacts us and match them thoughtfully with a clinician whose training, specialty and style fit their needs. For member therapists, that means referrals that are better matched from the start — a benefit both to clients and to clinicians.
Who We Welcome
The network is made up of fully licensed mental-health practitioners, which typically includes:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
- Licensed clinical and counseling psychologists
Members are experienced clinicians in good standing who hold current California licensure and who meet the professional standards of the organizing association of marriage and family therapists. What Membership Involves
Members agree to provide careful, responsible and confidential care, and to participate in the network's referral process. Practices vary widely — some members focus on brief, problem-solving work, others on longer-term depth therapy, and many on both — and that diversity is exactly what allows us to match clients well. Whatever your orientation, what matters most is a genuine commitment to your clients' well-being and to the quality of care in our community.
